Now, with a crew of salvagers, mercenaries and misfits, Captain Hunt has set out to restore the Commonwealth and bring unity to the galaxies once again. What really makes the story brilliant though is that Dylan is NOT in it,
aside from the Prologue and Epilogue he is nowhere to be seen. This in turn
allows for some MAJOR character development in the books 16 Chapters, something
which, despite the books probably not being cannon, was desperately needed. We
had heard a little about the back story to the crew but we had yet to have any
real episodes dealing entirely with their past, yes there were some but they
always included another plot, the Season 2 episode Bunker Hill being a prime
example.
As with everything, there are a few minor inconsistencies; however, such a
thing DOES NOT happen in Destruction Of Illusions, its that well written.
I've gotta give this 10 out of 10 cause it really is a great story but don't take my word for it, buy it and find out, I guarantee, its worth it. Hope this helps any potential buyers out there.
